Curious About Starting Therapy? Here’s the first three steps:

The first step would be to schedule a free consultation call where we can discuss your goals for seeking therapy and ensure we are a good fit!
We'll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you hope to achieve, and any questions you might have about therapy.

Intake Session
During our first session, called the 'intake,' we'll explore what has brought you to therapy, what you'd like to see change, and what feels most important for us to understand about you or your relationship. I'll ask questions about your history, current challenges, strengths, and support systems while creating space for you to share your story at your own pace.
For Relationships; we be using the Gottman Method and EFT as guidelines to help support our exploration of relationship communication and togetherness. For the intake; four sessions will be conducted. We will meet together initially, then the clinician will meet with each relationship partner, before reconvening as a couple. As therapy continues, we'll deepen our understanding of the patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape your life. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and discussing how therapy can best support your growth, healing, and relationships.
